Well worth the time to listen to it — thanks for posting it. I particularly liked his explicit statement that density doesn’t have to be Corbusian to create good urbanism; in fact, the low-rise moderate density neighbourhoods (“the streetcar suburbs of the 1920s,” as he described them) are the best.
