Over six evenings this Spring and next Fall, the Series will bring a diverse group of distinguished scholars to Vancouver, Surrey, and New Westminster to explore the historical roots, diverse manifestations, and myriad consequences of gentrification. Local experts will provide context and commentary after each talk to open a discussion about how the gentrification process has and continues to transform our city.
