On the old City of Vnacouver website – the Engineering Department had a form entitled “Place a Service Request” where you could report potholes, burnt out street lights, etc. to the City.
Now that page appears to be gone (but the website is all “green” and highly promotional).
Just try finding the Engineering Department at all!
