The Annual Real Estate Outlook will feature a presentation on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2013 report by Jonathan Miller, an author of the report, with an enhanced focus on the Canadian perspective. The Emerging Trends in Real Estate report has a 34-year history and is the most highly regarded and widely-read forecast report for the North American real estate market. Undertaken by PwC and ULI, it provides an outlook on investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, and other real estate issues.
Following Jonathan’s presentation, Chris Potter of PwC will provide further insights into the Canadian market, and there will be a question and answer period. The Holiday Social will start at 6:30 pm with time for networking and good holiday cheer.
