You got it, Tim. Because what could be more pleasant than [attempting] to find a bench and relax at the intersection of two regional highways?
That’s where you go to gaze on the “natural” landscape elements of the development.
I $hit you not, I have actually heard this at a council meeting for a similar development, and it was said in all seriousness.
C’mon, raise the bar!
Obviously dangerous for the pedestrian to directly access the sidewalk…
Seems like the developer wants pedestrains to come into the property
– my guess is that the City needs an engineering report (maybe the “yield” sign needs to be relocated a couple of feet and they need to consult as to whether that would cause more accidents).
