  2. I’d give Vancouver 11/15. We’re lacking in:
    – bike share (4) – non existent right now
    – inter-modal connections (1,2) – Amtrak takes some bikes. SkyTrain during non-peak hours.
    – 30 kmph zones (11) – Hastings is a start.
    – car-free spaces downtown (8) – Robson Square isn’t permanent yet
    – long-distance cycle paths (15) – Central Valley Greenway is great, but not much else.
