The City as Workout – Pemberton Revisited

I referenced the North Vancouver stairs at Pemberton Street a few weeks ago – but didn’t have any pictures.  Regular user Dale Bracewell (and not coincidentally the City of Vancouver’s Active Transportation manager) passed some along – a textbook case of turning a geographic obstacle for autos into an amenity for recreation and a fitter form of transportation.
