Wherever it is it looks grim. A huge whack of density at the intersection of vast arterial roads, with what appears to be absolutely no human scaled public realm at all. One can almost feel the wind howl along those treeless streets.

Far more prosperous than its U.S. counterparts, Buffalo, Rochester, Cleveland and Detroit!
Not what I think of when I think of Toronto. That area definitely has connectivity and scale issues.
