A few that are obvious: newspapers, landline phones. A few that are surprising: e-mail, regular beer. And one we’ve talked about before: cars.

I’d add physical books and a house in the suburbs to that list.
+1. This all sounds spot on.
I’m a millennial & grew up with the internet, but have no intention to give up physical books. I also keep a small collection of vinyl records even though I have a hard drive of mp3s. House in the burbs I agree with you there though, no way, never going back to the hell from which I was spawned.
Spot on save real beer! I refuse to believe my generation has give than up…
I’m not giving up my books either…
I would echo the house in the suburbs and as well there will be a softening demand for all of the related lawn, house and auto care costs…watch urban rental rise as well as uncomitted disposable income
People keep texting my landline number. When I later tell them that, they’re astounded that anyone has a landline anymore.
