This study is a good first step in educating municipalities, elected officials, and citizens about the issues relating to revitalizing the decayed commercial strip.
As an aside, another strip mall is biting the dust in Vancouver. The one on 6th Ave by Heather is being torn down as we speak. Guess this is one advantage of very high land prices.
