So Crazy It Just Might Work

Love the title:

SO CRAZY IT JUST MIGHT WORK
.

Exhibition Opening on March 7, 2012 | 7:00 PM Exhibition: March 8 – 24, 2012 Free admission

.

A visual art exhibition curated and organized by third-year SFU Visual Art students featuring work by students from across the School for the Contemporary Arts at SFU.

.

This annual exhibition showcases work from 1st year students though to MFAs. Although the show centers around notions of utopia, the participating artists were encouraged to approach the theme peripherally and from a critical and unconventional perspective, resulting in an exhibition that not only explores the idea of utopia, but also dystopia, and whatever lies between.

Audain Gallery | Goldcorp Centre for the Arts, 149 W. Hastings Street.

[The image above is titled ’empty gallery.’   Sooo … is that the work of art or is it actually just an empty gallery?   Oh, you artists!]
