Face-off in Langley: Litman vs O’Toole

What happens when you put sustainable transport advocate Tod Litman and smart-growth critic Randal O’Toole in the same room?  We’re going to find out!

South Fraser OnTrax is hosting a debate on applying Smart Growth principles in the South of the Fraser – Thursday, February 23, 2012, 7-9 pm,  Township of Langley – Fraser River Presentation Theatre, 20338 65 Avenue.

This debate will be moderated by Langley Time editor Frank Buchlotz.  Todd Litman of the Victoria Transport Policy Institute on one side and Randal O’Toole who is a senior fellow at Cato Institute.
