Doesn’t look much like the High Line to me. There much of the “value added” comes from the new views opened up of the meat packing district, as my flickr set shows. The land bridge deliberately conceals its location. The High Line celebrates it.
As a daily user of the Laurel overpass I think I’d prefer the greenery than a bird’s eye view of 6th Avenue 🙂
