Job Jar: Adjunct profs for UBC

The UBC Landscape Architecture Program requires adjunct faculty to teach two courses starting in January 2012.

I.  Landscape Architecture 503 The Design Development Studio:

This studio is taken by our second year students.   The studio studies a modestly scaled site design problem through the whole design process from site investigations through schematic design, design development and finally to working drawings.


II. Landscape Architecture 532 Structures and Materials

This course is an introduction to the detailed design and construction of landscape structures. The course begins with a discussion of the construction methods and materials that are particular to traditional and contemporary practices of landscape architecture.
