When I hover my mouse over the, I get a message “Qian Jie” – but putting that into Google Maps brings up 82 dfferent results. “Somewhere in China” is going to be my guess
At any rate it isn’t Thimphu, Bhutan, which is widely touted to be the only world capital city without traffic lights.
I’ve found it on google maps along with the name of the place, and also info about its design after a bit more googling… but I’m not going to give it away!
Found it! The city is in China indeed.
