Somewhat misleading. While I do agree there will be a crash, the data they have used is for overall housing and not for condos. Would be interesting to know what the condo pricing did at the same time.
Shaun, Condo prices would likely have been more volatile – their lower price tends to mean they’ll be bid up in a boom, but factors like the leaky condo crisis, strata fees and building depreciation likely see them drop farther in a busted market.
