The Before Shot

I’m hoping this is the ‘Before’ shot of the Georgia plaza in front of the Art Gallery:

Surely there’s a plan to do something to it before the Games.

  1. Our greatest enemies to success with these games are those we have no control over: Terrorists and the weather. And no amount of intelligence can stop the weather/pineapple express.

It concerns me that we are into our contingency plans already… but hey, what can you do? We’re warmer at night than Miami has been recently.

Surely they have plans… we saw the same weather in 2005.

  2. As long as BC Buildings Corporation is in charge, there will be no plans to clean up messes like that. The entire plaza in front of the Art Gallery is just deplorable. I’ve spoken with people at BCBC about this but they simply don’t care.

  3. Give me a shovel, some 4″ perforated piping and a few bags of gravel and I’ll build a French drain – they work wonders. Someone better put some stone on top as the grass won’t grow this time of year.
