The Bay Conservation and Development Commission is hosting an international design competition aimed at soliciting ideas that respond to sea level rise. The goal of the competition is to focus on estuaries similar to San Francisco Bay.
Like, say, Richmond and Delta.

Good news… sea level not actually rising.
Take a look at this enlightening article. Swedish geologist and physicist Dr. Nils-Axel Mörner has studied sea level for over 35 years and this article outlines his findings that there has been no significant rise in sea level and how the IPCC has been falsifying data.

This is pseudo science at best, hysteria at worse. Sea level has leveled off or decreased since 2006.
