Power Food

Politics isn’t the only thing that’s changing in Washington, D.C. with the new administration.  ‘Who sits where’ applies to restaurants as much as to legislative committee rooms. The New York Times reviews the scene here

In this accompanying piece,  the Times also shows how emerging restaurants are reflective of the changes that have occurred in some of the District’s inner-city neighbourhoods, particularly the U Street corridor and Columbia Heights – a subject I explore in this issue of Price Tags.
