Passerelle of the Week-Nashville

Kentuckian Tony Minton reports in from Tennessee:

cumberland-2

Just returned from weekend in Nashville, TN. Whenever we go, I try to visit some segment of the Greenway. This time I walked over the Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge that opened just this year. I went there early in the morning and there was a heavy fog. It was like walking through the clouds.

This 700-foot-long ped-and-bike bridge, connecting two greenways, opened in May this year.

  1. Cool bridge, they did a nice job on that. I love it when we take the time as people to make architecture appealing to look at and use. Thanks for the post.
