That’s tremendously elegant, but it does stick out in this photo. Wait a sec… a very old city builds a gorgeous new passerelle, but a young city like ours can’t muster the courage to dare?
It is hated so much that the official grand opening of the bridge was cancelled – in part because it is not handicapped accessible, is 4 years late and 300% over budget.
