They left out the rain! just kidding… we portlanders love the esplanade, rain or (mostly) shine.
Reminds me a lot of the Charles River Esplanade in Boston (and Cambridge).
Looks nice. But I like Vancouver’s Seawall better. Except we need better pedestrian access and safety on the bridges.
