Happy City is on a mission to make cities all over the world happier, healthier and more inclusive. We are global experts in urban wellbeing, bridging the gap between wellbeing research and design practice. We are looking for a new Partner and/or Principal who will help us take our firm to the next level.
Our ideal candidate has 15-20+ years of relevant experience, is excited to join our journey of curiosity and experimentation, and is ready to lead us in implementing evidence-based, wellbeing-centred, transformative change in cities. Importantly, we are looking for someone who shares our mission and values, and who is interested in growing with our young and dynamic team.
